Balapitiya is a beautiful uncrowded tourist destination in down south of Sri Lanka. From the plot it’s only a walking distance of about 200m to Colombo-Galle main road. There land contains a nice coconut grove consists of about 50 mature trees. The beach frontage is about 80m. Beach is safe for swimming and it’s, of course, is a very clean white sandy one.
